During my Christmas stay, I particularly enjoyed the luxurious feel of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the hotel offered an airport shuttle service, made my arrival and departure convenient and hassle-free. The value for money was also excellent compared to other places I have stayed in Europe.

That the hotel was a bit far from the center of the city. Although taxi rides were reasonably priced, there were also train and bus options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with good beds and a clean bathroom. The staff, especially Marta at the front desk, was friendly and helpful, assisting us with printing our flight documents. The hotel had great facilities, including a nice spa and a bus stop right in front. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and the WiFi was good. The location was convenient, close to the airport and with easy access to transportation options.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I needed to be close to the airport. The free shuttle service offered by the hotel was very convenient. The staff were so helpful, arranging an off-schedule transfer to the airport free of charge. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and sitting area. The free wi-fi in the room was also a great bonus.

The hotel is located in a mixed commercial and residential district, a bit further away from downtown. However, there is a convenient bus or metro option to get to the center, which takes around 30 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by taxi. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well-appointed. The daily cleaning service is fast and efficient.

The noise from the lobby bar and kitchen can be quite disruptive, especially for ground floor rooms near the lobby area.

I had no hot water in my bathroom and asked to change the room. Despite the late hour, the hotel promptly sent someone to repair the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was new and clean, with a comfortable bed. The location, although not central, was convenient for my business needs. The free airport shuttle was a nice touch. I will recommend this hotel.
